He didn't say he won, did he? I'd contact the people who did the album cover design if you can't get a straight answer from him. He might just be a shit trying to intimidate you into giving him his way over his design (which I've seen in other variations, so I wonder from whom HE stole it -- or if he's trying to claim copyright on something in the public domain). I've got some books of public domain Celtic design, if I can dig them out of storage. I'll look to see if there's anything similar. If I find it, I'll see about scanning it and emailing it to you.
